Heather Locklear, also known as Heather Deen Locklear, was born September 25, 1961, in Westwood. She is an actress, producer, and best known for Melrose Place (1992), The Perfect Man (2006) and The Return of Swamp Thing (89). She was previously married twice, to Tommy Lee and Richie Sambora. Her ex-husband, Richie Sambora, is part of the popular rock group Bon Jovi. Ava Locklear, aka Ava Elizabeth Sambora was her daughter.
