Pollyanna McIntosh
Pollyanna McIntosh is from Scotland. She
was born in Portugal, Colombia and then returned to Scotland. This is where she
began her stage debut at The Edinburgh Festival. She moved to London at the age
of 16 and soon started to become involved in indie filmmaking. Her first
pay-per-view was as a stoner on Irvine Welsh's The Acid House (1998). She also
performed as an actress and a director in the theatre. In 2004, she moved to
Los Angeles in 2004 brought to the stage more shows such as a production called
"The Woolgatherer" and in which she was the director Anne Dudek (a
regular on Mad Men (2007)/Big Love (2006)) as well as David Dayan Fisher (a
regular on 24 (2001)/NCIS (2003)) to excellent reviews. Then she landed her
first US movie role as the manipulative woman who is a new Christian,
"Stacy", in Headspace (2005). Her first movie role was in Headspace
(2005) as the manipulative, born-again Christian "Thumper Wint". This

character. GQ only stated that Pollyanna McIntosh was a gorgeous actress and an
"extraordinarily skilled actor". Como Quien No Quiere La Cosa (2013) (As
if you Don't Like it! ), is a hilarious South American farce in which she is
Brit actor Trevor Lock's angry wife. She is fluent in Spanish throughout the
film, which was made in Peru. John Landis directs Burke and Hare (2010). She
plays Isla Fisher's best friend along with Andy Serkis and Jessica Hynes and
Tom Wilkinson. Lucky McKee's The Woman (2011), where she played the lead part
in, received rave reviews at Sundance 2011. It also won the New York Times'
readers best movies poll. She was awarded three Best Actress Awards, including
Total Film's Frightfest Award, and Fright Meter's.
